Scale Inhibitor
A water soluble inhibitor that contains phosphate and carboxylic acid polymer based compound to provide effective inhibiting properties against calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate and barium sulfate scales.
Performance Features
- Stable inhibiting properties at high temperature.
- Compatible ith oxidizers such as chlorine.
- Freeze stable.
- Effective for inhibiting calcium carbonate scale over a wide pH and temperature range.
- Compatible with virtually all production fluids including high calcium ion concentration and alkaline water.
- Water soluble.
Application Method
- Continuous Injection
Scale Inhibitor is typically applied neat with continuous injection being recommended with dosing ranges from 10 - 50 ppm for general application, and 30 - 150 ppm for sulfate scale control.
