In early 2002 Infotech Consultant Services emerged as the first domestic chemical solution provider in relation to Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industry in Malaysia, where the market product was dominated by oversea companies.
We had successully demonstrated to our clients the capacities of our propietary chemicals to compete head-on with oversea products at a very competitive cost, proving significant contribution to the success of Petronas Penapisan (Melaka) Sdn Bhd 3rd phase plant turnaround for Plant Hydrocarbon & Sludge Decontamination in year 2004. In the same year, the company was changed to a Limited Liability company - InfoBioTech Resources Sdn Bhd.
The purpose of the company is to provide decontamination, chemical cleaning and specialized propietary chemicals to support the Oil& Gas and Petrochemical industry. The same chemical does not necesserily solve the same problem from different plant due to the unique crude characteristic the plant is handling. Over the years, IBT has attained an excellent reputation for innovating and customizing our products to meet the stringent needs of our client.
